His expertise is apparent immediately when talking to him and walking a layperson through a diagnostic. They are efficient, caring, and extremely fair. Gem runs the office. She is incredibly communicative and easy to talk to. She has a way of putting clients at ease. Always remembers to get back to someone who leaves a message.
